Arge\u0219, organizeaz\u0103 <strong>concurs pentru ocuparea unui post contractual vacant de inspector de specialitate (expert romi), gradul profesional debutant,<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0din cadrul Serviciului Beneficii Sociale \u0219i Politici Familiale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Probele de concurs<\/strong> se vor desf\u0103\u015fura la sediul Direc\u0163iei de Asisten\u0163\u0103 Social\u0103 a Municipiului Pite\u015fti, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>13.06.2017 <\/strong>ora 10<sup>00<\/sup><strong>\u2013 proba scris\u0103;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>19.06.2017 <\/strong>ora 10<sup>00<\/sup><strong>\u2013 interviul.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condi\u021biile generale<\/strong> pentru ocuparea postului:<\/p>\n<p>a)are cet\u0103\u0163enia rom\u00e2n\u0103, cet\u0103\u0163enie a altor state membre ale Uniunii Europene sau a statelor apar\u0163in\u00e2nd Spa\u0163iului Economic European \u015fi domiciliul \u00een Rom\u00e2nia;<\/p>\n<p>b)cunoa\u015fte limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, scris \u015fi vorbit;<\/p>\n<p>c)are v\u00e2rsta minim\u0103 reglementat\u0103 de prevederile legale;<\/p>\n<p>d)are capacitate deplin\u0103 de exerci\u0163iu;<\/p>\n<p>e)are o stare de s\u0103n\u0103tate corespunz\u0103toare postului pentru care candideaz\u0103, atestat\u0103 pe baza adeverin\u0163ei medicale eliberate de medicul de familie sau de unit\u0103\u0163ile sanitare abilitate;<\/p>\n<p>f)\u00eendepline\u015fte condi\u0163iile de studii \u015fi, dup\u0103 caz, de vechime sau alte condi\u0163ii specifice potrivit cerin\u0163elor postului scos la concurs;<\/p>\n<p>g)nu a fost condamnat\u0103 definitiv pentru s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firea unei infrac\u0163iuni contra umanit\u0103\u0163ii, contra statului ori contra autorit\u0103\u0163ii, de serviciu sau \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu serviciul, care \u00eempiedic\u0103 \u00eenf\u0103ptuirea justi\u0163iei, de fals ori a unor fapte de corup\u0163ie sau a unei infrac\u0163iuni s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fite cu inten\u0163ie, care ar face-o incompatibil\u0103 cu exercitarea func\u0163iei, cu excep\u0163ia situa\u0163iei \u00een care a intervenit reabilitarea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condi\u0163iile specifice <\/strong>pe care trebuie s\u0103 le \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 participan\u0163ii la concurs sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>-studii superioare de lung\u0103 durat\u0103, absolvite cu diploma de licen\u021b\u0103 \u00een domeniile: asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, administra\u021bie public\u0103, economic, juridic;<\/p>\n<p>-recomandare scris\u0103 din partea unei organiza\u021bii legal constituite a romilor (civic\u0103, ob\u0219tesc\u0103, politic\u0103) prin care se atest\u0103 apartenen\u021ba candidatului la etnia rom\u0103, \u00een vederea ocup\u0103rii postului;<\/p>\n<p>-certificat\/atestat privind cuno\u0219tin\u021be de operare calculator (nivel pentru promovarea incluziunii sociale \u00een Rom\u00e2nia;<\/li>\n<li>H.G. nr.522\/2006 pentru modificarea \u0219i completarea H.G. nr.430\/2001 privind aprobarea Strategiei Guvernului Rom\u00e2niei de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a situa\u021biei romilor;<\/li>\n<li>H.G. nr.18\/2015 pentru aprobarea Strategiei Guvernului Rom\u00e2niei de incluziune a cet\u0103\u021benilor rom\u00e2ni apar\u021bin\u00e2nd minorit\u0103\u021bii rome pentru perioada 2015-2020.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Not\u0103: toate actele normative vor fi avute \u00een vedere \u00een forma aflat\u0103 \u00een vigoare la data examenului\/concursului cu toate republic\u0103rile, modific\u0103rile, complet\u0103rile \u015fi abrog\u0103rile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dosarul de concurs<\/strong> va con\u021bine urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong>cerere de \u00eenscriere la concurs adresat\u0103 conduc\u0103torului autorit\u0103\u0163ii sau institu\u0163iei publice organizatoare;<\/p>\n<p><strong>b)<\/strong>copia actului de identitate sau orice alt document care atest\u0103 identitatea, potrivit legii, dup\u0103 caz;<\/p>\n<p><strong>c)<\/strong>copiile documentelor care s\u0103 ateste nivelul studiilor \u015fi ale altor acte care atest\u0103 efectuarea unor specializ\u0103ri, precum \u015fi copiile documentelor care atest\u0103 \u00eendeplinirea condi\u0163iilor specifice ale postului solicitate de autoritatea sau institu\u021bia public\u0103;<\/p>\n<p><strong>d)<\/strong> carnetul de munc\u0103 sau, dup\u0103 caz, adeverin\u0163ele care atest\u0103 vechimea \u00een munc\u0103, \u00een meserie \u015fi\/sau \u00een specialitatea studiilor, \u00een copie;<\/p>\n<p><strong>e)<\/strong> certificat\/atestat privind cuno\u0219tin\u021be de operate calculator (nivel mediu);<\/p>\n<p><strong>f)<\/strong> cazierul judiciar sau o declara\u0163ie pe propria r\u0103spundere c\u0103 nu are antecedente penale care s\u0103-l fac\u0103 incompatibil cu func\u0163ia pentru care candideaz\u0103;<\/p>\n<p><strong>g)<\/strong>adeverin\u0163\u0103 medical\u0103 care s\u0103 ateste starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate corespunz\u0103toare eliberat\u0103 cu cel mult 6 luni anterior derul\u0103rii concursului de c\u0103tre medicul de familie al candidatului sau de c\u0103tre unit\u0103\u0163ile sanitare abilitate;<\/p>\n<p><strong>h)<\/strong>curriculum vitae;<\/p>\n<p><strong>i)<\/strong> recomandare scris\u0103 din partea unei organiza\u021bii legal constituite a romilor (civic\u0103, ob\u0219tesc\u0103, politic\u0103) prin care se atest\u0103 apartenen\u021ba candidatului la etnia rom\u0103, \u00een vederea ocup\u0103rii postului;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adeverin\u0163a care atest\u0103 starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate con\u0163ine, \u00een clar, num\u0103rul, data, numele emitentului \u015fi calitatea acestuia, \u00een formatul standard stabilit de Ministerul S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul documentului prev\u0103zut la lit. f), candidatul declarat admis la selec\u0163ia dosarelor, care a depus la \u00eenscriere o declara\u0163ie pe propria r\u0103spundere c\u0103 nu are antecedente penale, are obliga\u0163ia de a completa dosarul de concurs cu originalul cazierului judiciar, cel mai t\u00e2rziu p\u00e2n\u0103 la data desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii primei probe a concursului.<\/p>\n<p>Actele prev\u0103zute la lit. b)-e) vor fi prezentate \u015fi \u00een original \u00een vederea verific\u0103rii conformit\u0103\u0163ii
